The German Emissions Trading Authority (DEHSt) has published the NIM list with the preliminary free allocations for 2021.
The list contains the so-called NIMs list NIMs National Implementation Measures according to Article 14 of the Delegated Regulation EU 2019/331 EU-ZuVO. Provisional allocation quantities for the first allocation period 2021 to 2025 have been published. The list is available on the DEHSt website.
