Bradley Beal to Miss Two Weeks with Injury

Suns guard injured on 4-point play

Beal to miss five games

Phoenix, AZ - Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal will be out for the next two weeks with an injury. Beal was injured in the first quarter of Tuesday's game against the Miami Heat when he landed awkwardly on his right foot after making a 4-point play. Beal underwent an MRI on Wednesday which revealed a sprained ankle. He is expected to miss the Suns' next five games. The Suns are currently in fifth place in the Western Conference with a record of 27-23. They are 2-3 in their last five games. Beal is averaging 25.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game this season. He is one of the Suns' most important players and his absence will be a big blow to the team. The Suns will play their next game on Friday against the Charlotte Hornets. They will then face the Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors, Minnesota Timberwolves, and New Orleans Pelicans before Beal is expected to return.
